Dandayamana Bharmanasana ("Balancing Table Pose")



  1. Begin with Bharmasana ("Table Top Pose") by placing both your palms and your knees on the mat

  2. (Inhale) Look forward

  3. (Exhale) Extend your right foot to the back, level your hips and stretch your left arm forward

  4. (Inhale) Release your right foot and left arm

  5. (Exhale) Extend your left foot to the back, level your hips and stretch your right arm forward

  6. (Inhale) Release your left foot and right arm
